Includes a full inspection of the home’s interior. Perfect if your condo is in a high-rise building or if your Association handles all exterior & roofing.

  • Termite Inspection ($100)

    Wood-destroying inspects can cause serious damage to your home. We’ll search high & low for evidence of these pests and provide you with the NPMA-33 form.

  • Thermal Imaging ($50)

    This is a great tool for finding hidden leaks, air gaps, & insulation issues. We’ll scan your exterior walls & ceilings to provide images & recommendations for any areas of concern.

  • Sewer Scope ($200)

    We’ll help you find plumbing issues before they show up in the middle of a dinner party.

    We highly recommend this for properties with older drain pipes.

  • Downspout Scope ($100)

    Where does all that rain water go once it leaves your roof?

    We can scope your buried downspouts for roots, blockages, & collapsed pipes—all common issues that can damage your home’s foundation.

  • Well & Septic Inspection ($225)

    If your home relies on well & septic you need a specialized inspection to ensure both are working as intended. This service includes a thorough exam of both systems & a well contamination test.

  • Mold or Asbestos Test ($75/sample)

    Concerned about mold or other harmful materials in your home? We partner with a lab to test any areas of concern & tell you exactly what’s there.

  • Gas Line Warranty ($100)

    We partner with a 3rd party specialist to provide a thorough leak inspection of all accessible gas lines after the gas meter. This 3rd party service comes with a 1-year warranty of the inspected gas lines.
