What’s Included:

We’ll do our best to help you find any major issues in the home during this one hour service. This is a great option to choose before submitting an offer on a home if the buyers feel they need to waive the full inspection in this competitive market.

You’ll receive a written report including defects we observed related to the visible and readily-accessible components of the following systems:

Exterior Wall Coverings & Foundation

Attic (from ladder / access area)

Interior Ceilings

Kitchen & Bathroom Receptacles / Outlets

Sinks, Toilets, Tubs, & Showers

Attached Garage Vehicle Door & Opening System

Basement & Crawlspace Foundation Walls

Visible Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing Systems

Main Electrical Breaker Panel

Central Heating & Cooling Equipment

This is a limited-scope inspection service. It excludes many systems and components inspected in The Master (full) inspection. Further details on what’s not included are outlined in the Inspection Agreement provided prior to the service.
